The former ‘Sex and the City’ star is introducing a bridal collection for brides who want a little something special to walk down the aisle. Consisting of pumps, stilettos and a vast array of colors the new SJP wedding line will be under her original shoe label and will allow brides to channel in a little bit of her iconic shoe style on their wedding day.
The cover showcases a lovely version of shoes from her line in a stunning eggplant hue.
In the issue Sarah also dishes on her ideal wedding day if she were getting married “today”
“If I were getting married today, I’d likely wear cream, just to have that bridal experience,” says Parker, who wore black for her 1997 nuptials to Matthew Broderick. “Now I would want my dress to have an Oscar de la Renta feel, pockets below the waist, a very fitted bodice, a huge skirt, in taffeta or duchesse satin. That silhouette appeals to me because it’s old-fashioned yet can look very modern.”
